Additional Benefits*

  • Vacation Entitlement — Every employee starts with two weeks vacation and incrementally receive more vacation after two years of service.
  • Leaves of Absence — Various personal, family, medical or military leave options are available (minimum service requirements apply).
  • LifeCycle Assistance — Assistance for events such as childcare, health care benefits for extended household members.
  • Elder Care Consultation and Referral — Support with identifying services and facilities to help with elderly family members.
  • Xerox Employee Assistance Program (XEAP) — You and family members have direct access to confidential counseling for personal problem resolution. XEAP also provides help to balance your work-life responsibilities. Resources can help with things like childcare referrals, college selection, adoption and dealing with stress.
  • Tuition Assistance — Reimbursement for eligible studies that benefit both you and Xerox.
